Stefan jumps in to help feed you foodies whenever needed. The dynamic duo of Jaclyn & Stefan have been a huge asset to the team. His favorite food is pretty much anything on the specials menu!

Jack joined our family in Oct 2022 and never left. He’s really just here for moral support, to greet our guests and play as a security guard when we aren’t around!
Shaun Thomas
chef Shaun has been a key contributor and best friend to the #burchthis fam since before it was even created. His fave food is Korean bbq and in his spare time you can find him strummin’ up some new tunes on his #ukulele ! Shaun has recently stepped into a full time gig at Table at the Lake, but don’t worry, he will still pop over to the truck for guest appearances!
Chef Casey Burchfield (Owner & Creator)
Chef Casey is the owner, creator and ring leader of the #burchthis family. His fave food is a juicy ribeye cooked medium rare and in his spare time he’s sittin’ lakeside with his wife & three dogs sippin’ on a craft beer!
